What is the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and what does it contain?
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is a federal law designed to encourage insured financial institutions to help meet the credit and community development needs of their communities at all income levels, including low—and moderate-income neighborhoods.
USB’s commitment extends beyond regulation and is evident in our desire to help families, businesses, and our communities continue to grow and prosper.
In accordance with the CRA, USB, and all financial institutions are required to maintain and, upon request, make our complete CRA Public File available for public inspection. For your convenience, our CRA Public File information is available online. If you would like to request a copy of these documents, please contact Customer Care at 352-669-2121 or visit your local United Southern Bank (USB) Branch.
