Our relationship with USB started when we had problems with our previous bank. We were looking to grow our business by purchasing a new site to expand our manufacturing capabilities. We knew we needed a new partner. We wanted to build a relationship with a local bank where we knew the service would be prompt and reliable. We met with Mike Stephens in the USB Commercial Lending department, and it has been a smooth experience ever since.
We started with a line of credit and then worked with USB for a loan to purchase our new property in Umatilla. We like the fact that when we call USB, we know who we are going to talk to. The decisions are made at the local level, and it just moves faster, more smoothly, and with better service.
We are currently in the process of designing our new site and building around the specialized manufacturing equipment we are putting in. The new equipment will increase our efficiency with more automation and will allow us to double our business. The equipment, site, and new facility will be ready in the next two years, and we can’t wait!
We are a family-owned business. Our dad and uncle started the business in 1978 and we have expanded it over the past 40+ years. It’s an amazing process, taking raw materials and turning them into a custom product for a customer. We have installed doors all over the world: Chile, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, all over and Africa, and beyond. We always say we work wherever airplanes fly. We see the product through from start to finish and are dedicated to quality and customer service.
